Please read below for information about my professional background.
Biography
My interest in composing began in my teens. Afterwards I studied at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich, Germany and I earned a diploma in pedagogical organ, my main subject, which I studied under Prof. Friedemann Winklhofer. At the University of Music in Würzburg, Germany, I studied composition under Prof. Heinz Winbeck and Tobias PM Schneid and earned diplomas in composition and concert. I also studied choral conducting under Prof. Joerg Straube while there and took part in master classes given by John Casken, Krzystof Penderecki and Joerg Widmann.
Several first releases of my compositions were published while I was still at university, in a variety of arrangements for solo instruments as well as larger ensembles and orchestras. The first public presentation of my own work was in 2008 at the Music Festival “Kasseler Musiktage”, where my piano composition »Beethoven Frieze« (original title »Beethovenfries«), created for the festival, was played in concert.
In the live music section musica viva of the radio station “Bayerischer Rundfunk”, I worked as a trainee to produce the German first release of the opera »Saturday from Light« by Karlheinz Stockhausen.
In addition to my work as a composer I conduct three choirs in Munich.

»Musik eine zweite Offenbarung der Welt, das unaussprechliche tönende Geheimnis des Daseins.«
